● Access duration depends on the package selected.

Users agree not to:
● Harass or insult instructors or students
● Send inappropriate or abusive messages
● Post illegal or unethical content
● Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the platform
Certira reserves the right to remove or ban any violating user.
Refunds are granted only if:
● No course content has been accessed, and
● No live session has been attended, and
● No premium services (WhatsApp support, personalized plans) have been utilized
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
After that, no refunds will be issued.

● A specific score or passing result
● Uninterrupted platform access
● That all content is free from errors
We will always provide support to resolve technical issues promptly.
Certira is not liable for:● Any loss resulting from reliance on content
● Failure to pass any test or exam
● Technical issues beyond our control
