Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Certira, we are committed to delivering high-quality online courses and learning experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds strictly under the following conditions:
  • A refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the original date of course purchase.
  • The course must not have been accessed, started, or partially completed.
  • No live sessions, coaching sessions, or premium services included in the course must have been attended or used.
  • No downloadable materials included in the course must have been accessed.

If any course content has been accessed, the purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to:

Your email must include:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Order ID or Transaction Number

  • Course Name

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests submitted after seven (7) days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after seven (7) days from the purchase date.

  • The course content has been accessed or viewed.

  • Live sessions or coaching services have been attended.

  • Downloadable materials have been accessed.

  • Any violation of our Terms and Conditions.
